700 permit

Anyone send in for their 700 permit yet? I got mine filled out but with the pending Anti-mining legaislation I was wondering what they are doing with them.

I renewed mine last week and received new permit in 1 day.

Wow one day? Really the 700? How the F. did you manage that? Through the mail?

Mailed mine out 7th Jan. check was cashed the 10th and got the permit on the 27th.

Did anyone else notice that they have now done away with the 4 year for $90.00 option? You can get 2 yeas for 50.00 according to the permit but its not on the new applications.

As far as their "Pending anti mining BS" they can take it along with their so called gun ban's and stick it.
Just going to have to go in deeper into the woods.

I am trying to get a medical card saying I need to dredge. I know my doctor would sign it. He wants me to get more exercise.

If they do ban dredging, I swear I am going to spend every waking minute fly fishing my butt off.

I do mine online. The email came back the next day for the app permit. Oh well. I live in Idaho. they didn't charge me more than i orignally paid way back when. But when I had my original permit i was an Oregon Resident. Go figure..
My 600 general permit for mobile source came back within a week but that was via USPS.
