The shirts are affordable and NOBODY makes one DIME on them, so go get one. Wear the sucker when you're out mining.

This postponement was already the result of the large number of yellow shirts that appeared in the audience. Apparently, the judge and prosecutor decided that they had better go home and study some mining law.

It's VERY important that people show up to Ron's trial and show the judge, prosecuters, media and others that WE ARE WATCHING how they conduct this trial.

Be sure to wear to the miner's "colors". We want to fill that place with yellow shirts.

If you can show up, but cannot honestly afford a MEG shirt, please PM me.

Rather ridiculous isn't it?

This guy gets surrounded by a dozen plus armed, drunk guys on a remote claim, prepares to defend him and they attempt to disarm him and get hurt in the process. A year goes by before he sees a courtroom.

Meanwhile, day after day, they are busting every sort of scumbag under the sun; rapists, child molesters, wifebeaters, identity thieves and so on and they "kick" these guys after a couple of days. They get their trial quick, get credit for time served and get let out with 5 years probation and $1000 in fines.

But if you're a miner, they are going to drag it out forever and hope to throw the book at you.

I would think if they had a good case against him they would have pushed it through by now. Maybe they're just letting him sit hoping eventually he'll just take some sort of plea deal.

Makes a person wonder about what ever happened to the right to a speedy trial.

He waived that right, unfortunately (so I'm told).

I don't know why.
